Information for Authors

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Authors are kindly asked to use the provided template to submit their abstracts.

By submitting an abstract, authors can apply to their work with the following possibilities:

• Invited Lecture
• Poster Presentation
• Invited Contribution (presentation time is 10 minutes + 5 min for questions)

Deadline for oral contributions: 1 June 2023

Notifications for oral contributions: (Papers are under review – Authors will be notified shortly)

Deadline for poster abstract submission: 20 July 2023

Acceptance of posters will happen on a rolling basis as they come in. Please note that we can currently accommodate 90 posters, but we are looking into options to add one more poster presentation day.

Poster Specifications: 80 cm (width) x 1m (length)

Your poster can be smaller than these dimensions, but certainly not larger as we will be hosting two poster presenters per poster board.
If your poster has a larger dimension, you may not be able to present your poster.

After the deadline of 20 July we will be sending you the final poster presentation programme.
Please note that due to the overwhelming poster submission response the total number of poster sessions has been increased to four.
Poster presenters will receive until 28/07 information about the poster session that they will be able to present their paper.

LECTURES

We will provide a laptop (Windows, current Office version) and a data projector.

To ensure a smooth congress flow your presentation could be transferred to our Laptop and checked in time before your lecture. We kindly ask you to hand over your presentation to our technical staff in the lecture hall on the day of your lecture. Alternatively, it is also possible to bring your own laptop with you, which should be provided to the staff before your session as well.

POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Materials to mount the posters will be available at the conference office. Please do not print on the poster board.
